Aki Eldar
Mr. Eldar has more than 13 years of management, sales and business development experience in communications, security, and software. Prior to founding Secure Islands, Mr. Eldar was VP Sales and head of a Business Unit at Bynet Data Communication, where he was responsible for developing annual sales in excess of $50 million. During his tenure at Bynet, Mr. Eldar successfully developed and applied new business strategies that significantly increased the company's domination in both the local and the global market. Prior to joining Bynet, Mr. Eldar worked for the Israel government in the field of national security initiatives.
Yuval Eldar
Mr. Eldar brings extensive experience from more than 18 years in R&D and Product Management. Prior to founding Secure Islands, Mr. Eldar was R&D Group Manager at Check Point (NASDAQ: CHKP). In this role, Mr. Eldar was directly responsible for all development activities of the company's two major product lines. Prior to that, Mr. Eldar was VP R&D of Britannica Knowledge Systems Ltd. (BKS) a start-up company which was acquired by Britannica Inc. During his military service, Mr. Eldar served as an officer in an elite technology unit, where he managed strategic and large scale R&D projects.
Gonen Fink
Mr. Fink is Co-Founder and CEO at Pythagoras Solar. Before funding Pythagoras Solar Mr. Fink served as Vice President of Products (R&D) and Vice President of Solutions & Strategy at Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) for 12 years. As one of Check Point’s first employees, Mr. Fink was instrumental in building the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-billion dollar global market leader in Internet Security. Prior to working at Check Point, Mr. Fink served for seven years in the Israeli Defense Force’s elite intelligence unit as a Captain and continued as a special consultant to the Ministry of Defense. Mr. Fink holds a B.Sc. summa cum laude in Physics and Computer Science and M.A. in Digital Philosophy from the Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Oren Gershtein
CEO at Van Leer Ventures Jerusalem, Mr. Gershtein has vast and varied experience as VP of finance and operations in business development management, and economic analysis. Mr. Gershtein served as an economist and analyst at Singer and Even Ltd. Following Singer and Even Ltd., he was nominated Deputy General Manager of the Jerusalem Software Incubator Ltd., a subsidiary of Zeevi Computer and Technology Ltd. a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange company. In his last position Mr. Gershtein served as a VP of Finance and Operations in the JVP Studio L.P., a subsidiary of Jerusalem Venture Partners. Mr. Gershtein holds a B.Sc in Business management specializing in finance.
Tsachy Shasha
Mr. Tsachy Shasha joined Docor International Management at the end of 2005. Prior to joining the team, Tsachy served as Vice President of Finance and Economics and Head of Local and International Business Development, at Bezeq International, an international telecommunication company operating in the fields of Voice, Data and Internet, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Bezeq L.T.D, the Israeli Telecom company. At Bezeq L.T.D, he served as Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Assistant to the President. Prior to this, he was Head of the Energy Sector in the Budgets Department of the Ministry of Finance. Tsachy attained vast experience in matters of management and international business development, and economy and finance, within the government and private sectors. Tsachy holds an MA degree in business, specializing in finance and business entrepreneurship (with distinction) and a BA in economics and business management, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
